We start our day by exploring San Sebastian, the grocery market, go up to the top of Mount Igeldo and see the city from a bird's eye view.
On this day, we will travel along the Atlantic coast of the Basque Country, visit fishing villages, enjoy their spirit and atmosphere, wander through the narrow medieval streets saturated with aromas of grilled fish, visit the stunning beauty Geopark, which is part of the Geoparks system of Europe under the auspices of UNESCO.
From the gastronomic part of the program, we will have lunch on the terrace in the fishing port with local fish specialties. Lunch at the traditional Basque restaurant “KAIA”, where the best fish in the Basque Country is cooked on charcoal. The restaurant is among the ten best restaurants in Spain for its wine list. Over a hundred types of sparkling wines.

Travel to the wineries of Rioja Alavesa, the southern part of the Basque Country, 8 - 9 hours

A fascinating journey to the most famous wine region of Spain - Rioja. We will make our trip among the vineyards, take part in a professional wine tasting of the region, visit the 2 most beautiful wineries in the region, including the miracle of architecture of the 21st century - the Marquise de riscal winery, where tastings will also be held for us. We will go down to the cellars of the medieval fortress of Lagvardia, where "precious nectar" has been ripening for years, we will learn all the subtleties of the art of winemaking in Rioja.

Lunch in the City of Lagvardia - in the restaurant of which you can also try one of the few wines of Rioja Alavesa, the owner of 100 items Parker - Remirez de Ganuza Gran Reserva 2004 or Valdelana Centvm Vitis - wine made from centennial vines. Of course, the famous Basque steaks or lamb.

Each city on this route is a real fairy tale, which you want to return to again and again!
